Taste Tests
Many GroupNet focus group facilities offer commercial kitchens and tasting centers designed for the efficient and effective preparation and serving of food items for research. Spacious kitchens a typically equipped with ample refrigeration and freezer space to accommodate the most involved project test.
Specially trained members of our support staff are available to assist in kitchen preparation and serving. The adjacent tasting center allows food and beverage items to be prepped and served in one central area.
Quota management for taste tests can often be demanding, but best practices developed by GroupNet allow for effectively monitoring quotas during both recruiting and interviewing. Additionally, these sophisticated quota management techniques work in conjunction with virtually every food and beverage project methodology used in research.
Tasting areas are specially designed to control respondent exposure to food products and maintain security between sessions. Sessions are scheduled to allow sufficient time to reset areas and ensure quotas are met before moving onto the next session. Respondent seating varies per facility.
